1 pound potato chips
20 large marshmallows
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup margarine (not butter, important!)

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with margarine. Evenly spread potato chips across pan. Place marshmallows over potato chips. Place in large microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, season every other marshmallow with pepper.

Serves two.
